All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at our sole discretion.

Custom jewelry orders (personalized engravings, made-to-order designs) are final sale and non-refundable unless defective.

In jurisdictions not allowing certain warranty exclusions, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 20 – SALES CONDITIONS

  • Currency & Taxes. Prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise indicated. VAT is applied at checkout (VAT No. FR37981570427). Customs duties may apply outside the EU.

  • Payment. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. Orders may be subject to fraud checks.

  • Shipping. Delivery times are estimated only. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier handover.

  • Damages. Report damaged/missing items within 48 hours of receipt with photos and order number.

  • Returns. Eligible returns accepted within 14 days of receipt (unused, original packaging).

    • Exclusions: Personalized/custom items, earrings (hygiene reasons), sale items, and gift cards.

  • Warranty. Limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 6 months. Normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are excluded.

SECTION 21 – PROMOTIONS & GIFT CARDS

Discount codes may not be combined unless stated otherwise. Gift cards are non-refundable and only redeemable for eligible products.
